Processing Time
We aim to process all orders—except barbells and weight plates—on the same business day if placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday).
Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, weekends, or public holidays.
Please note: Luxiaojun UK currently ships only to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Any significant processing delays will be announced on our homepage or via a banner, so please check before placing your order.
Pre-order items have processing times specific to each product announcement.
Items marked as “Available on Backorder” typically ship within 5–10 working days, although this timeframe may vary depending on supplier schedules and stock availability.

We partner with trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and DPD to ensure reliable delivery throughout the United Kingdom.
Estimated Delivery Times
United Kingdom: 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or deliveries to remote areas. We will communicate any significant delays whenever possible.
Shipping Destination
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
At this time, we are unable to ship orders to destinations outside the UK.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include a tracking number for your convenience. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
